CONFUSION!!

Before I go off about this PKU disorder and you getting confuse..... lets just start off on what PKU is.
PKU is a medibolic disorder that your child can have when he/she is born. To figure out wether the child has PKU, the hospital is requried to do a new born screening. Any child who has it will look just like a perfect child.

Kids will be forced to stay on a low protein diet for the rest of their lives. ( 36 grams at the highest. possibly). They will have to drink a formula so they can get the nutrients they need. Most kids require blood testing every month. It isnt a bad thing to have PKU, it can be quite enjoyable sometimes.
